Welcome to SKAI CHAZ. By using our website or working with us, you agree to these no-nonsense terms. Here's what you need to know:
1. Who We Are
We’re SKAI CHAZ, your trusted partner for sourcing beauty tools, salon must-haves, and promotional products. Our website and services are designed to make procurement smooth and hassle-free.
2. Using Our Website
You agree to use this website for legit business purposes only. No hacking, no spamming, no shady stuff. Violating these terms may result in us revoking your access—no refunds, no hard feelings.
3. Orders & Quotes

All product quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Orders are subject to availability, pricing changes, and minimum order quantities where applicable.

Once confirmed, orders are final. Custom products (e.g., logo-branded capes or promo items) can’t be returned unless there’s a defect or error on our end.
4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your official quote or invoice and may vary based on order size, product type, or project scope.

Our preferred payment methods are ACH transfer and Wire transfer for smoother, lower-fee transactions.

Credit card payments may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and could be subject to additional processing fees (we’ll let you know in advance).

Payment deadlines will be clearly outlined on your invoice—please honor them to keep everything running like clockwork.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees (we won’t nag, but we will charge late fees if necessary).
5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, costs, and estimated delivery dates will be clearly outlined in your official quote. By accepting the quote, you agree to those shipping terms.

Once an order is placed, we’ll handle fulfillment and shipping as per the agreed-upon quote details.

Any delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other uncontrollable factors aren’t SKAI CHAZ’s responsibility (but we’ll still do everything we can to keep you informed).

If you need rush shipping or special handling, just let us know upfront—we’ll include it in your quote.
6. Returns & Refunds
At SKAI CHAZ, customer satisfaction matters—but due to the nature of custom and bulk orders, here’s the deal:

Custom Orders: All custom orders (e.g., logo-branded products, personalized items) are final sale and non-refundable once approved and production has begun. If there is a defect or error directly caused by SKAI CHAZ or one of our trusted partners, we’ll either replace the item(s) or issue a full refund/credit, at our discretion.

Standard Bulk Orders (Non-Custom): For non-custom bulk orders, returns may be accepted within 7 business days of delivery only if the products are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. A restocking fee of 20 % may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 3 business days of receipt, and we’ll work fast to resolve it—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or credit.

Return Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by SKAI CHAZ prior to being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

California Compliance Notice: In accordance with California law, we honor all applicable consumer rights, including those outlined under the California Business & Professions Code and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site—logos, content, images—is owned by SKAI CHAZ or licensed to us. Don’t steal our stuff. Want to feature us somewhere? Just ask.
8. Limitation of Liability
We’re here to serve you, but we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, business interruptions, etc.) related to using our site or services. Maximum liability = the amount you paid us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to SKAI CHAZ services or this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
